LHSSL
to the Lincoln Hills Senior Softball League. We offer Co-ed, Women’s, and Tournament teams. Our season typically runs from mid-April to mid-August, followed by two weeks of playoffs. Play days are Monday and Wednesday for Co-ed and Sunday for Women. We typically field 10 Co-ed teams. Fun Ball is also included and goes from October to December.

With the weather starting to heat up this week, it's a good time to remind ourselves of some of the dangers we may face on the softball field. Attached is a flier - thank you Karl Hess - that explains the symptoms (differences) of heat exhaustion and heat stroke as well as what to do. HEAT STROKE IS DANGEROUS!
